[ Jury Education ]
Demonstrative strategy is an art. But unlike most art, it must take into account the needs of its audience at every turn. Regardless of age, gender or education level, jurors want to be informed, they want to be persuaded and they want to be entertained.
With a level of expertise built on nearly 15 years in the business, Visual Advantage will turn the complex data of your case into cohesive, well-organized and artistically nuanced courtroom graphics that appeal to juries. Our understanding of jury education and behavioral psychology influences all that we create and gives us the tools to bring your trial presentations to the next level. The Visual Advantage Process
Simply put, our comprehensive process begins with conceptualizing your visual strategy and extends into the courtroom where our professionals present that vision to the jury. Work is often divided into the following stages:
Meeting: As soon as you bring Visual Advantage on board, your trial presentation manager and expert team meet with you to review the case details and materials.
Distilling: Next, we ask questions, review pertinent documents and research additional data to pinpoint the elements of your case that would benefit from courtroom graphics. This phase is meant to be both collaborative and thorough – we are not just familiarizing ourselves with your case, we are becoming the visual presentation experts in your case.
Strategizing: Once we have evaluated every potential angle of your case, we organize the accumulated information and develop a design framework. Our visual strategizing incorporates case themes, color schemes, underlying tones and other supporting graphic elements to interest – and influence – the audience.
Creating: After developing a list of courtroom graphics essential to your case, our production team conceives of and creates the pieces. Read more about this process in our courtroom graphics section.
Presenting: Once the trial graphics have been created, Visual Advantage works with you to determine the most effective means for presenting the material. This may include poster-sized color exhibit boards, electronic media or a combination of both. Your expertly created graphics also can be seamlessly integrated into a trial presentation database.
Concluding: At the end of the trial, we recommend you question the jury about the demonstratives and trial presentation. This feedback is valuable both for you and for us and will be of enormous benefit in future cases. As for the materials, you can choose between taking them for marketing purposes or having us store them until needed.
